Most common repairs — screen replacements, battery swaps, charging ports - are done the same day, often within a few hours. More complex repairs may take 24 to 48 hours. We will give you an estimated time when you drop off.

Yes. Our Annual IT Support Plan includes up to 12 remote sessions per year covering software issues, slow performance, printer problems, account help, and more. Remote sessions are available for Windows and macOS computers, as well as Android phones and tablets.
